Few Years ago Victoria was dealing with dull and gray skin. She consulted with everyone from dermotologists to ayurvedic specialists. Nothing seemed to work, so she started to test methods over the year. Each month she experimented with a new diet, detox and hygiene habit.
SO back in august 2016 she started noticing her skin glowing and overall healthier skin, she couldnt believe it. Luckily she documented the entire process
1) She made sure she put away enough quite time for some quality rest. Your skin tends to lose its healing abilities if you do not give it enough time to heal properly. 2) Every morning she woke up, she made sure she drank 1 full glass of water followed by a good 5 minute stretch. Which was followed by another full glass of water. 3) She then gave herself 5 minutes of quite time to recollect her thoughts. 4) Quick 15 minute workout 5) A healthy breakfast containing protein, multi grain, fruits and black coffee. 6) During lunch she would take another 5 minutes of quite time, followed by a light but nutrient dense lunch. 7) Once she came home from work, she spend 10 minutes of quite time and then left the day behind her. 8) healthy dinner followed by a chomomile tea and then she prepped herself for bed.
Due to her simple and easy to follow daily ritual, she was able to grab herself some of that youthful skin that shes been missing.
